Job summary

The State of Arizona, Court Services Division, is seeking a Court Operations Specialist V to support the Inmate Release Court Program. You will assist the Program Manager and courts with daily operations, coordinate with corrections and courts, and train clerical staff while monitoring progress and statistics.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree and five years of related experience in the judiciary or corrections, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to work with

Bachelor's degree and five years of related experience in the judiciary or Department of Corrections.
Strong organizational, tracking, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively with judges, court staff, and external agencies.

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains IRC program procedures and training docs.
Collaborate with courts to ensure consistent messaging.
Plan and test court case management system automation for IRC functionality.
Research data to determine eligibility for the IRC.
Generate and review ad hoc data quality reports to identify data inconsistencies.
Report eligibility data to local courts.
Monitor ongoing business processes and diagnose issues with business requirements.
