Job summary

The Arizona Supreme Court is seeking a Court Operations Specialist to support the Inmate Release Court (IRC) Program within the Court Services Division. You will assist the Program Manager, coordinate with the Department of Corrections and the courts, and train clerical staff on program processes and data reporting.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree and five years of related experience in the judicial branch or Department of Corrections; years of experience may substitute for a degree.
• Strong organizational and tracking skills; ability to work effectively with judges, court staff and external agencies.
• Excellent teamwork, creativity, work ethic, problem-solving, and verbal and written communication skills, and exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in development, implementation and maintenance of business procedures and training documentation for the IRC Program.
• Work with Arizona courts and court management to ensure a uniform message.
• Assist in organizing, planning, and testing court case management system automation for IRC functionality.
• Perform research of court case management system data to determine eligibility for the IRC.
• Develop and review ad hoc and data quality reports to identify court data inconsistencies.
• Report eligibility and related information to local courts.
• Monitor ongoing business processes and diagnose problems with business requirement processes.
