The Louisiana Supreme Court Information Technology Department is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support end users, judges, and the statewide court infrastructure. This hands-on role includes desktop and application support, training delivery, and assisting with network, servers, virtualization, backups, and storage.

You will work with IT staff, travel periodically to courts around the state, and contribute to incident response, change management, and security practices to protect

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum five years of IT experience including end-user support and systems or network administration.
• Valid Louisiana driver’s license and ability to travel regularly throughout Louisiana.

Responsabilités

• Provide end-user and judge support for hardware and software installations and usability.
• Configure, troubleshoot, and maintain network switches, servers, virtualization, and storage.
• Deliver computer training to court employees and judges.
