Job summary

The Louisiana Supreme Court Information Technology Department is seeking an experienced IT Specialist to support end users, judges, and core infrastructure across the Supreme Court and lower courts statewide. This hands-on generalist role provides desktop and application support, delivers computer training, and maintains the Court’s infrastructure including servers, virtualization, backups, and storage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, CS, or related field.
• Minimum of five years of progressive IT experience including end-user support and systems or network administration.
• Valid Louisiana driver's license and ability to travel regularly throughout Louisiana.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and application support to judges and court staff.
• Deliver computer training to court employees and judges.
• Support court infrastructure including network switches, servers, virtualization, backups, and storage.
• Travel periodically to courts around the state to support operations.
