Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center in Longmont, CO is seeking a Couples Counselor and Therapist to help couples build healthier relationships. You’ll work with partners on communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intimacy, and see individual clients one-on-one. You’ll also set your own session times and manage a full caseload.

With a steady referral flow, this full-time role offers base pay as you build, W2 employment, and a flexible schedule in a supportive, female-empowerment focused culture.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license: LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, or PhD/PsyD/PSYC.
• Experience or training in couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
