Job summary

Colorado Women's Center is seeking a couples therapist and clinician to join our Colorado practice in Broomfield. You will provide therapy to couples and individuals, with a flexible schedule and a steady referral flow to help you build a full caseload quickly.

The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, ongoing professional development, and a commitment to female empowerment in a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, PhD/PsyD or PSYC).
• Experience or training in couples therapy required.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations to clients and referrals as needed.
• Conduct assessments and complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and other required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling and calendar coordination.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
