Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center seeks a Couples Counselor and Therapist to work with couples and individuals in Fort Collins. You’ll help clients with communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intimacy, with flexible scheduling and the ability to set your own session times.

This full-time role offers a strong referrals flow, a base pay while you build, and a caseload of about 23–25 clients weekly. Candidates must have a graduate degree and Colorado licensure, with experience in couples therapy.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or MFT.
• Colorado license or candidate license: LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, PhD/PsyD or PSYC, or candidates.
• Experience or training in couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and other required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
