Colorado Women’s Center in Longmont seeks a licensed counselor to join as a Couples Counselor and Therapist, handling couples therapy and individual sessions. You’ll work with clients on communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intimacy, while building a robust caseload.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree required in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, or PhD/PsyD).
• Experience or training in couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and other required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
