Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center in Boulder, CO is seeking a Couples Counselor and Therapist to work with couples and individuals, focusing on communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intimacy. Build a full caseload with a flexible schedule and supportive team.

Requirements include a graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or MFT with an active Colorado license or candidate license; experience in couples therapy is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, PhD/PsyD or PSYC candidate).
• Experience or training in couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments and intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings.
