Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center in Boulder, CO is seeking a Couples Counselor and Therapist to help couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and deepen emotional intimacy. You will also see individual clients in a flexible full-time schedule and set your own session times.

The role offers base pay while building a full caseload, with a target of 23–25 client sessions per week. We value ongoing professional development and a compassionate, empowering approach to therapy.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, PhD/PsyD or PSYC).
• Experience or training in couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations
• Conduct assessments
• Complete intake screenings for new clients
• Write client notes and other required documentation
• Manage client scheduling
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled
