Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center in Boulder seeks a Couples Counselor and Therapist to help couples build stronger relationships and work with individual clients. You will balance in-person and online sessions, set your own schedule, and develop a full caseload quickly with supportive referrals.

Qualifications

• A graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license in LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, or PhD/PsyD (or candidate).
• Experience or training in couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations to clients and colleagues.
• Conduct assessments and intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and complete required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling and caseload logistics.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
