Job summary

Colorado Women’s Center seeks a dedicated Couples Counselor and Therapist to help couples improve communication, resolve conflicts, and foster emotional intimacy. You will also see individual clients and contribute to ongoing professional development.

The role supports a steady caseload with base pay while you build, with 23–25 weekly sessions and a flexible schedule in a Denver practice dedicated to female empowerment and client well‑being.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license: LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, or Psychologist license/candidate.
• Experience or training in couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women’s Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations.
• Conduct assessments.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and other required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
