Job summary

Colorado Women's Center seeks a Couples Counselor and Therapist to help couples strengthen relationships and to work with individuals. You will address communication, conflict resolution, and emotional intimacy, with a full caseload and flexible scheduling options.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Active Colorado license or candidate license (LPC/LPCC, LCSW/LSW/SWC, LMFT/MFTC, PhD/PsyD/PSYC).
• Experience or training in couples therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide counseling and therapy to Colorado Women's Center clients in person and online.
• Provide consultations and conduct assessments.
• Complete intake screenings for new clients.
• Write client notes and maintain required documentation.
• Manage client scheduling.
• Attend staff and professional development meetings as scheduled.
