• Drive sales growth through upsell, cross-sell and programs.
• Utilize catalogs and systems to locate parts and provide information.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with Outside Sales to support account growth.
• Manage special orders and delivery timelines.
• Maintain an organized counter environment reflecting quality/service.
• Assist with inventory and cycle counts.
• Adhere to safety regulations and PPE requirements.
