Heritage Pool Supply Group is seeking a Counter Sales professional to provide outstanding customer service at the sales counter, enter orders accurately, and support delivery scheduling in a fast-paced environment.

You will advise customers on products, prepare quotes, and collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure smooth order fulfillment. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and willingness to perform a mix of sales and warehouse tasks.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Clear and courteous communication in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 75 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter.
• Deliver product recommendations and pricing information to meet customer needs.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes using customer measurements.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to ensure timely arrivals.
• Assist with inventory tasks including cycle counts, picking, replenishment, and shipping/receiving.
• Collaborate with management to communicate customer needs and special orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and uphold safety standards.
• Work with warehouse and sales teams to ensure efficient operations.
