The role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Overtime may be required during peak seasons, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Familiarity with POS systems and order entry procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process and manage transactions at the sales counter using the system.
• Deliver product recommendations and pricing information to meet needs.
• Create sales orders and quotes using customer measurements.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to ensure timely arrivals.
• Assist with inventory tasks including cycle counts and stock replenishment.
• Collaborate with team to communicate customer needs and special orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Work with warehouse and sales teams to ensure efficient operations.
