Heritage Pool Supply - West Palm Beach is seeking a Counter Sales associate to act as a key customer touchpoint. You will handle order entry, pricing, and delivery coordination at the front counter, while supporting inventory accuracy and logistics.

The role requires strong communication, multitasking, and a focus on friendly customer interactions to uphold the Heritage Family of Companies' reputation for quality and reliability. OT may be necessary during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with POS systems and order entry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in person.
• Process and manage transactions at the sales counter accurately.
• Deliver product recommendations and pricing information to customers.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes from measurements.
• Coordinate truck deliveries and support logistics.
• Participate in inventory counts and order fulfillment activities.
• Collaborate with team to meet customer needs and special requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate clearly with management and colleagues about priorities.
