You will provide product recommendations, prepare quotes, and coordinate truck deliveries while supporting inventory tasks. The position requires strong multitasking skills and a commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or sales.
• Proficient in basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with POS systems and order entry processes.
• Strong communication skills in person, by phone, and via email.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs regularly and 50 lbs repetitively.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the sales counter via phone, email, and in-person.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions using the company system.
• Offer product recommendations and pricing information to meet customer needs.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes from customer measurements.
• Coordinate truck deliveries and manage logistics to meet timelines.
• Participate in inventory activities like cycle counts and shipping/receiving.
• Collaborate with team to address customer needs and special orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Communicate with management to align with company goals.
