Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; prior customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with POS systems and order entry procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly; work in warehouse environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service by interacting with clients through phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Accurately process and manage customer transactions at the counter using the company system.
• Deliver product recommendations and pricing information to meet customer needs.
• Create sales orders and quotes using customer measurements to estimate material needs and costs.
• Coordinate and schedule truck deliveries to ensure timely service.
• Participate in cycle counts, order picking, staging, replenishment, and shipping/receiving.
• Collaborate with management to convey customer needs and special order material requests.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and comply with safety standards.
