Job summary

White Cap is hiring a Counter Sales Associate to work on-site in Kentucky. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers, while processing orders and communicating product details and promotions.

You will upsell, provide technical advice, and support customers with product selections. The position emphasizes knowledge of construction and industrial products, Oracle-based sales software experience, and a preference for Spanish language

• Spanish language proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Process orders, quote prices, enter orders, and provide order information; pull orders as needed.
• Explain product features, benefits and warranty information to customers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications; offer technical advice and troubleshoot issues.
• Upsell related products and inform customers of promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
