You will engage with walk-in, phone, and will-call customers, upsell related products, and ensure accurate order handling while adhering to company policies. Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Process orders, quote prices, enter orders, and provide order information; pull orders as needed.
• Explain product features, benefits, and warranty policy to customers.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and offer technical advice, troubleshoot, and resolve customer problems.
• Upsell by identifying related products and informing customers of promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
