Job summary

White Cap is hiring a Counter Sales Associate in Louisville to deliver outstanding service at every customer touchpoint. You will handle walk-in, phone, and will-call orders, provide pricing and order information, and ensure accurate order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring proven customer service success, familiarity with sales order software (preferably Oracle), knowledge of construction products, and Spanish language ability to connect with a diverse customer

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Process orders, quote prices, enter orders, and relay information to customers.
• Pull and prepare orders as required.
• Explain product features, benefits, and warranty policy to customers.
• Offer technical advice and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Upsell related products and inform customers of promotions.
