Ferguson Enterprises, LLC seeks a knowledgeable Counter Sales Associate to advise plumbing and HVAC contractor customers, helping them choose products that meet business needs and align with our sales strategy.

The role requires strong relationship-building, sales focus, and exceptional service. Schedule includes 40 hours Mon-Fri between 7am-5pm plus every 6 weeks Sat 7:30am-12pm at a local branch. Forklift experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of experience in customer service or sales; plumbing/HVAC background preferred.
• Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
• Able to learn systems quickly and manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilités

• Engage customers at the counter, on the phone, and via email to understand needs and propose solutions.
• Learn and apply product knowledge in plumbing, HVAC, and related products to guide buying decisions.
• Drive sales growth by upselling, cross-selling, and promoting programs and products.
