Qualifications

• Minimum experience in customer service or sales roles.
• Basic computer skills with capability in POS systems and order entry.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and perform warehouse tasks.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak season.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
• Process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter.
• Deliver product recommendations and pricing to meet customer needs.
• Create detailed sales orders and quotes using customer measurements.
• Coordinate truck deliveries and assist with inventory cycle counts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
