Heritage Landscape Supply Group is hiring for a full-time Counter Sales at Rock Bottom Stone Supply - Highland in Highland, MI. You will be the primary customer touchpoint, handling order entry and delivering excellent service through phone, email, and in-person interactions.

The role requires multitasking, inventory support, and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams. Monday–Friday with overtime during peak seasons; prior landscaping/irrigation product experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with POS systems and order entry procedures.
• Ability to work outdoors and overtime during peak seasons.
• Pass pre-employment background/drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by interacting with clients in person, by phone, and via email.
• Accurately process transactions at the sales counter using the company system.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts to support accuracy.
• Communicate customer needs and special order requests to improve offerings.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.
