Responsibilities include processing transactions at the counter, assisting customers in person and by phone, participating in inventory counts, and coordinating with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Proficiency with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order processing.
• Ability to work in varied conditions, including outdoor environments.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background/drug test.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with irrigation or landscaping products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
