Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking a FT Counter Sales/Customer role near Highland, MI. The role focuses on accurate order entry, excellent customer service, and coordinating with warehouse and sales teams to meet delivery timelines.

The position requires multitasking, overtime during peak seasons, and a willingness to work across sales and logistics with a modern sales system. A high school diploma and 2+ years of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with irrigation or landscaping products.
• Able to pass a pre-employment background/drug test.
• Willing to work overtime during peak season.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service at the counter via phone, email, and in-person.
• Process transactions accurately at the sales counter.
• Participate in cycle counts for inventory.
• Communicate customer needs and special orders to manage delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain an organized workspace and support various tasks with modern sales systems.
