Heritage Landscape Supply Group in Middleton, ID is hiring a full-time Counter Sales/Customer Sales associate. This role is a primary touchpoint for customers, handling order entry, inquiries, and coordinating with the warehouse to ensure timely deliveries.

You will support daily operations, maintain inventory counts, and work Monday through Friday with potential overtime during peak seasons. Fluency in English and Spanish is a plus, and prior irrigation or landscaping product experience is

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Proficient with basic computers and internet.
• Familiar with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak season.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background/drug test.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience with irrigation or landscaping products preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Accurately process transactions at the sales counter using the company system.
• Contribute to inventory management through cycle counts.
• Coordinate with management and team to communicate customer needs and special orders.
• Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure efficient operations and service.
• Handle a mix of sales counter duties and other tasks with modern sales systems.
