Job summary

Heritage Landscape Supply Group is seeking a full-time Counter Sales/Customer Sales role at Rock Bottom Stone Supply - Highland, MI. You will be the primary customer touchpoint, handling orders, assisting walk-in clients, and supporting delivery coordination.

The role requires strong multitasking, basic computer skills, and experience with POS systems. Overtime may occur during peak seasons; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or sales preferred.
• Experience with customer relationship management and ensuring satisfaction.
• Proficient with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service via phone, email, and in-person consultations.
• Process and manage transactions at the sales counter using the company system.
• Participate in cycle counts to aid inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with management to relay customer needs and special orders.
