You will use our sales software (Oracle preferred), upsell related products, and resolve issues with knowledge of construction and industrial products. This on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to grow with a leading distributor.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience using sales order software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction/industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with orders and information.
• Process and quote prices, enter orders into the system.
• Pull and prepare orders for customers as needed.
• Explain product features, benefits, and warranty policies.
• Provide technical advice and troubleshoot customer product issues.
• Identify related products and upsell promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
