Qualifications

• Demonstrated success providing excellent customer service.
• Experience with sales order computer software, preferably Oracle.
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products.
• Spanish language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to walk-in, phone, and will-call customers.
• Process orders, quote prices, enter orders, and provide order information to customers.
• Pull and prepare orders as required.
• Communicate product features, benefits, and warranty information to customers.
• Offer product knowledge, provide technical advice, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues; upsell related products and promotions.
