SRS Distribution Inc. operates the Heritage Pool Supply location in Naples, FL, and seeks a Counter Sales associate to deliver outstanding customer service at the sales counter.

You will handle orders, quotes, and product recommendations while supporting inventory and logistics tasks in a fast-paced environment. You should have strong communication skills, be comfortable with POS systems, and be able to lift up to 75 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service or sales roles preferred.
• Proficient with basic computer operations and internet navigation.
• Experience with point-of-sale systems and order entry procedures.
• Ability to communicate clearly in person, by phone, and via email.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Process and manage customer transactions at the sales counter.
• Deliver product recommendations and pricing information to meet customer needs.
• Create, review, and quote sales orders using customer measurements.
• Coordinate truck deliveries and optimize logistics for on-time delivery.
• Assist with cycle counts, picking, staging, and shipping/receiving to support inventory.
