• Team Leadership: Train employees, create staffing schedules, and guide the team in day-to-day operations.
• Store Management : Open/close the store, meet daily goals, and maintain a clean, organized counter area.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail, while standing for extended periods.
