• Garment Handling: Perform check-in/check-out tasks, tag and spot-check garments, and organize items per customer requests.
• Transaction Management: Accurately calculate prices and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Store Operations: Oversee daily store production, ensuring quality standards are met and maintained.
• Team Leadership: Train employees, create staffing schedules, and guide the team in day-to-day operations.
• Store Management : Open/close the store, meet daily goals, and maintain a clean, organized counter area.
