You will supervise daily store activities, train staff, and ensure top-quality guest experiences while meeting daily goals and maintaining a clean counter area in a busy dry-cleaning shop.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or customer service management is preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to train and supervise staff.
• Proficiency with basic math and cash handling.
• Self-motivated with high energy and positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional in-store experience for dry cleaning and laundry customers.
• Manage customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Check-in/check-out garments and organize items by request.
• Accurately calculate prices and handle cash/credit transactions.
• Oversee daily storefront operations and ensure quality standards.
• Train staff, create schedules, and guide day-to-day operations.
• Open and close the store and maintain a clean counter area.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Take on additional duties as needed.
