Exelixis in Alameda, CA seeks a Cost & Collaboration Accounting Manager to provide managerial accounting support for cost, inventory, CMC R&D accruals, and in-licensing collaboration agreements. You will work with PSC, FP&A, Alliance Management, and G/L teams to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role requires close interaction across finance functions, strong analytical skills, and a drive for continuous improvement. A CPA is preferred and SAP experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline with 7+ years' experience.

Responsabilités

• Participate in monthly, quarterly, and year-end close, incl journal entries and reconciliations.
• Perform cost accounting: standard costs, variances, obsolescence, inventory analysis.
• Review GL accounts and inventory/COGS accruals monthly.
• Analyze balance sheet and income statement with commentary on cost/inventory.
• Collaborate with PSC, FP&A, and other departments for accurate COGS and accruals.
• Drive process improvements in inventory, COGS, and collaboration accruals; SOX compliance.
• Support Accounting Operations or other projects.
• Oversee SOX-related activities and audits.
• Provide training to new and existing staff.
