Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline with 9+ years of experience; or MS/MBA/MA with 7+ years.
• CMO/technical operations forecasting experience required.
• Public biotech/pharma experience (5+ years) and finance partner role experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with PSC leaders to drive results aligned with targets.
• Develop bottoms-up PSC forecasts and monitor performance.
• Own financial planning for CMC groups (manufacturing, validation, drug substance/product, testing, biologics).
• Drive accrual methodologies literacy and financial targets across PSC teams.
• Support monthly close; validate PSC accruals with accounting.
• Develop clinical trial forecasts with study teams.
• Provide FP&A support for PSC CAPEX and site accrual updates.
