Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a capable Cost Controls Associate to support the Manufacturing and Technology project in Clay, NY. Under the supervision of the cost lead you will maintain cost deliverables, perform basic estimating and analysis, and collaborate with disciplines to ensure timely inputs.

The role requires 1-2 years of cost controls or 5-6 years of related experience, strong Excel and presentation skills, knowledge of EcoSys, CFAR, DSCS, and the ability to adapt to

Qualifications

• Requires University Hire with 1-2 years of experience or 5-6 years of relevant work experience.
• Basic knowledge of Project Controls activities.
• Basic knowledge of CFAR, Code of Accounts, EcoSys, and DSCS.
• Excellent communications and Excel proficiency; Power BI preferred.
• Basic knowledge of construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Performs cost estimating, analysis, and control activities, as directed.
• Cost codes actuals and commitments and recommends appropriate modifications and revisions.
• Reviews and issues bi-weekly labor reports and maintains staffing plans. Facilitates support for monthly invoices.
• Assists in maintaining and updating PSERV, CoCo, QURR etc.
• Verifies consistency with previous reports to ensure compatibility and consistency.

Project Overview:

the company's Manufacturing and Technology (M&T) Business Unit is designing, building and commissioning a semiconductor fab in Clay, NY. Job Summary:

In this role, you will perform basic cost controls activities under the supervision of the project cost lead. You will maintain and update various cost deliverables and collaborate with other disciplines to ensure alignment and timeliness of cost-related inputs. #LI-SM2#LI-SM2

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of the company's financial reporting systems (CFAR), Code of Accounts, cost management system (EcoSys), and the digital supply chain system (DSCS).
• Must have excellent communications and presentation skills and Excel proficiency. Power BI - preferred.
• Demonstrated flexibility to respond to urgent project requests and/or changing priorities.
• Basic overall knowledge of construction industry.
