Job summary

RTX, the world''s largest aerospace and defense company, is hiring for an onsite cost/financial analyst role at Hollister Ave, Goleta. You will develop EAC/LRE deliverables, report Earned Value, and perform financial analyses to support program management and engineering teams.

Requires a university degree or equivalent with 2+ years of experience, MS Office proficiency, and the ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance. U.S. citizenship is mandatory for clearance eligibility.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or an equivalent experience and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop Estimates at Completion (EAC) and monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) deliverables.
• Report Earned Value (EV) and perform EV analysis against the budget baseline, schedule, and EAC.
• Perform cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities, including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support reporting and issue identification.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain functional teams.
