RTX is seeking a finance professional to drive Earned Value management, EAC analysis, and monthly forecasting. You'll own cost reporting and deliver critical insights to program leadership in a fast-paced aerospace environment.

Candidates should have a bachelor’s in finance or accounting, strong Excel skills, and active Top Secret clearance. Collaboration with program management, engineering, and supply chain is essential.

Qualificações

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline.
• Experience with Earned Value management and EAC concepts is essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
• Active and transferable U.S. government Top Secret clearance is required.

Responsabilidades

• Develop EAC and LRE deliverables to give leadership critical financial insight.
• Report EV and analyze budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions.
• Own cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities including forecasting.
• Prepare ad-hoc analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early issue detection.
• Collaborate with program management, engineering, and supply chain teams.
