Job summary

RTX, a leader in aerospace and defense, seeks a Financial Analyst to manage Earned Value against budgets and schedules in an on-site role in Tucson. You’ll prepare forecasts, variances, and ad hoc analyses while coordinating with Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s and minimum 2 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• Experience preparing financial reports, forecasts, variance analyses, or presentations.
• Experience analyzing financial data to identify variances, trends, risks, or forecast changes.
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Report Earned Value (EV) and perform EV analysis against the budget baseline, and schedule.
• Perform cost, schedule, and financial reporting activities, including funding analysis, tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to support reporting and issue identification.
• Coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, and Supply Chain functional teams.
