Job summary

Vireo Health in Minnesota is seeking a senior cost accounting professional to bridge legacy data into our ERP system. You’ll translate varied cost methodologies into a unified corporate standard and ensure data integrity across inventories and entries.

You will own master inventory, support year-end audits for inventory and COGS, and collaborate with IT to migrate legacy systems. A proven track record in standard vs actual costing and advanced Excel/ERP skills is required.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on cost accounting, expert in standard vs actual costing and variance analysis.
Ability to identify gaps and implement solutions within 30–60 days.
Advanced Excel and ERP literacy; comfortable handling messy data from multiple systems.

Responsibilities

Reverse engineer costing methodologies from acquired companies and normalize data for corporate integration.
Own the master inventory listing and maintain data integrity.
Drive year-end audit support for inventory and COGS with thorough documentation.
Monitor physical inventory counts and cycle counts across sites.
Collaborate with IT to ensure data integrity during legacy systems migration to ERP.
