Job summary

Talent Wave Associates is seeking a highly analytical cost accounting professional to lead costing, standard costs, and inventory valuation within a growing manufacturing environment. The role spans monthly reconciliations, budgeting support, and data-driven insights for decision-making.

You will own ERP master data governance (SKUs, BOMs, routings) and collaborate across Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Product teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
5 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
Experience managing ERP master data and business processes.
Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, standard costing, and manufacturing operations.
NetSuite experience strongly preferred.
Food manufacturing or client industry experience preferred.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

Cost accounting: maintain and analyze product costing, standard costs, and inventory valuation; perform monthly reconciliations and support month-end close.
Master data management: own ERP master data (SKUs, BOMs, routings); establish governance and data quality controls; manage new product introductions and SKU setup.
ERP & systems: serve as NetSuite admin for inventory, costing, and manufacturing data; support ERP implementations; develop reports and dashboards; identify automation opportunities.
