Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in running a smooth and efficient store. You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service, driving sales and service targets.

Retail experience in cosmetics is preferred. The role includes cash reconciliation, opening/closing the store on a rota basis, and working retail hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Desirable: cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Desirable: supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve targets.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail POS software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities
