The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring the smooth running of the store and delivering inspirational, personalized service. You will mentor the sales team, handle start and end of day cash reconciliation, and participate in opening/closing on a rota.
Previous retail experience and strong customer service are essential. This position offers an opportunity to develop supervisory skills within a prestige beauty
Competenze
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service
- Desirable experience with opening/closing the store and cash reconciliation
- Experience coaching or mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets

- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations
- Lead by example and coach the sales team to deliver personalized customer service
