Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced cosmetics environment. You will lead by example, coaching the team to provide authentic, personalized service while managing daily cash reconciliation and store opening/closing on a rota basis.

Ideal candidates will have retail experience in cosmetics, strong coaching skills, and flexibility to work

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Ability to coach and mentor staff to meet targets.
• Experience with cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
• Flexible to work days, nights, weekends and events.
• Able to provide proof of right to work for interview.

Responsibilities
