Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support store leadership and drive exceptional customer experiences in a prestige beauty environment. You will coach the sales team, model the behaviours needed to hit targets, and manage essential cash reconciliation duties on a rota basis.

The role emphasizes inspirational, authentic service, flexibility with hours, and a path toward supervisory growth within a leading beauty house.

Qualifications

Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
Desirable experience in cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store.
Desirable experience in coaching/mentoring others to meet sales and customer service targets.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events; experience with POS software.
Right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth, efficient store running.
Lead by example with coaching and mentoring to deliver inspirational customer service.
Carry out essential start and end of day cash reconciliation and rota-based opening/closing.
Represent Estée Lauder Companies with professionalism during busy retail periods.
