Job summary

The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the smooth operation of the store.

You will coach and mentor the sales team to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to hit sales and service targets. You will leverage retail and cash handling experience to perform end-of-day and start-of-day cash reconciliations and rotate opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• The ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and coach team to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations.
• Perform start/end of day cash reconciliation and opening/closing on a rota basis.
