Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. You will coach the sales team, lead with authentic service, and handle cash reconciliation, opening and closing duties on a rota basis.

Ideal candidates have cosmetic retail experience and prior supervisory exposure, with the ability to work flexible hours including weekends and events.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
• Provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store are desirable.
• Prior supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others is desirable.
• Able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth running of the store.
• Lead by example to model customer service behaviours.
• Assist with start and end of day cash procedures and store opening/closing on a rota basis.
