The Estee Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering exceptional service and store performance.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience including coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software is desirable.
• Proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations.
• Lead and mentor sales associates to deliver personalised customer service.
• Carry out start and end of day cash reconciliation and cash handling.
• Assist with opening and closing the store on a rota basis.
• Contribute to achieving sales and customer service targets.
